Got passport photos taken, was told I could pick them up 5 days later because they took that long to be cut. Person taking them wasn't friendly(I was off to a trip and really needed a photo, so my friend and I came in with hiking boots, the girl took one look at us and spoke to me as if she was better than me) Paid when I got them taken. When we went to get the photos we were told they couldn't find them anymore. Couldn't get a refund. Go somewhere else if you want a passport photo.
I was looking for a new camera bag and wanted some insight. Arrived two people were free just starting at the computers. Another was with a client. I waited patiently, finally one moved but towards another computer knowing I was waiting. Left very dissatisfied.
Excellent service, extremely helpful people. Bought an 'occasion' (second hand) Canon camera with a small malfunction, and they changed it for a more advanced Sony camera without any cost, while I was enjoying a nice espresso. Best camera store experience!
I find this shop and personal completely unprofessional. I did brought two films to develop one evening and the next day early morning phoned them and asked if I could also get a test with the small images, they said me it was really not a problem. But when I went there they had only develop the films and when I told them I had asked for the test they only said it wasn't written and that if I wanted them I had to wait 3 days more and of course paying more, without even apologizing for their mistake . I find it very unrespectful and completely unprofessional as said before, also in comparison with the price which is really high! 14 francs for 2 developed film... will never come back!

Competent and friendly staff. They have produced extremely good prints of files that I delivered to them. Looking forward to have more prints made by Foto Ganz Rennweg.
