Beautiful ski resort with lots of funky little nooks and corners. Haven for the young dynamic snowboarders, inkeeping with their colorful attire the decoration is done the same. Loved the quirky interiors and bookshelves, records, lamps and libraries etc

As mentioned on their web page we booked the tickets online and wanted to pick it up at the pick-up station. It didn't work so we had to cue for an hour to get to the cash desk and tell our problem so we could get our tickets. Even the cue was very long and we had to cue even outside the building in a random line not all desks were open and we wasted the first hour of the day. As we weren't the only ones with a problem with the pickup and regarding the high prices for tickets i would have expected a person taking care of the issue with the pick-up station or at least advice the people what to do...
It's seriously busy, but it's clean and efficient The staff do a great job considering the sheer volume of people who show up at 8:30am every single day p.s. 9:30am is a LOT quieter

Feels like a fraud - advertising 200 km of slopes, one of the most expensive ski passes in Switzerland but in fact only 50 km open and even then, very badly made :(
