Went for a coffee and some food, waitress was nice and I assumed she was the owner. Coffee was good however I would advice steering away from the food. Ordered a panini and it was very clearly taken out of the freezer, and microwaved. Dough was served stone cold in the middle. Afterwards when I wanted to pay was charged 15 francs instead of 11 francs as listed on the menu. When the total came up to 19 francs, I gave a 20 and was expecting change back but she took it and just walked away. To be honest, if you are a tourist just be careful when you drop by, on this occasion she tried to overcharge me, just double check the bill. Overall, the coffee is nice and the drinks are good. I would not recommend the food, but then again I might be too harsh because it is a cafe in the alps. Don’t be fooled by the many positive reviews if you are a tourist. If you want proper cooked food it’s best if you cook it yourself. 2 stars because the coffee was not from a machine and the waitress was nice.
