Oriental suites view is fantastic. The Thai restaurant really good. Only downside is the dry heat (too hot and too dry in the room) but that's sadly typical in switzerland

Nice room. Excellent breakfast / brunch on the weekend. Staff very friendly and attentive. Spa is a bit tired and not much fun during Corona. Only two people are allowed per sauna / steam / other so it is down to luck whether you can use the facility you want when you want. Having the spa on two floors isn't that great either. When I come out of the sauna I don't really want to walk down a flight of stairs before I can go into the pool. We tried the Thai restaurant on the first night which was very very stylish but at the expense of actually tasty food. Gym could also be improved. The running machine has an annoying bug where it constantly refreshes the screen preventing you from starting it. The solution I discovered after ten minutes is to start the running machine when you aren't standing on it. Paper towels had also run and weren't refilled during the 90 minutes I was there. So lots of little issues which I wouldn't care about if I wasn't spending so much money.
Amazing experience and definitely coming back! This hotel truly does it's best!
Beautiful location undoubtedly and staff very kind and attentive. Dined there few times. However last time we went the food served was not at same standard we did find other times. Pity such a place and prices unfortunately do not match the culinary expectations.
Beautiful place. One of my partners even married here. Great for business meetings / seminars. Fantastic view and food. Wifi is fast. Anything to complain? No! Next time I’ll go for the spa.
My first time in a spa and definitely not my last. The staff were very friendly and all places I saw were very clean and tidy. I especially loved the Jacuzzi with view over the lake. That's only available in the oriental suites.
Everything was wonderful except food! Unfortunately, the food was pretty bad. :( I loved their snack bar tho. They need to improve the food quality. Otherwise I don’t think i go there again over night staying!
This is such a relaxed place with splendid view on lake Zurich! We spend the afternoon at the pool & spa of the hotel with a multi-course menu that high quality and delicious.
