Avoid at all costs. They don't answer to phone calls, emails, not even letters. Out of several emails I maybe received a line of reply in average, and for the rest nothing. My phone was under warranty, but they refused to repair due to a ridiculous excuse. It had an internal electronic part malfunctioning. They found something and they said it it might be proof of a mechanical damage. I found this nonsense, but I had no chance of even communicating with them. They decided, and I had nowhere to go or nothing to say. I had to wait for weeks for something to happen. They refused to repair and charged me for their work. I am honestly confident that the phone was in an excellent condition. They even broke the back glass and didn't replace it, only to look inside! They sent it back to me with the broken parts in an envelope. They wanted to charge me 50 chf for returning the phone without repair. After a series of complaints I could get my device back without paying. It took them three weeks and a broken glass. Again, while the device was under the manufacturer's warranty. Not to mention wasting time, they caused damage in my device. I had to go to an other company to fix the glass they broke, plus the internal part. I had to pay for the repairs in the other shop, because how they broke the glass has indeed voided the warranty for good. I don't understand how a company can function like this. I sincerely hope they go out of business very soon. Never in life again.

I had to repair my Sony Xperia Z5 under warranty. They sent the repaired phone back to me within one day, superb service.
This company can not be trusted. Will charge you a lot of money to send your phone back without doing anything or if you pay even more, they will wipe your phone and lose all important data. Avoid at all costs
Had a display issue with a Sony tablet, was repaired without any problems in a single day, received the device the next day in perfect working order. Thanks!
They claim my S4 SIM reader was broken by me...just by putting the SIM card in. Warranty denied. 175 Sfr to repair and the part costs 15 Sfr. My phone was sent to them by Media Markt, not by me.

Das verhalten der Firma grenzt an Betrug. Garantie wird abgelehnt mit der Begründung, dass Manipulationen am Mobiltelefon (Sony Z3) vorgenommen wurden - siehe Bilder. Das Gerät wurde vor 6 Monaten neu gekauft und keinerlei Änderungen wurden vorgenommen. Sony fühlt sich auch nicht verantwortlich. Wer hat den nun mein Telefon manipuliert ?!(ich war es nicht). Macht unbedingt so viele Beweisfotos wie möglich von jedem Gerät bevor es an dieses Unternehmen geschickt wird.
Man steckt Stunden in der Warteschleife und Handys die verschwinden. Nicht schön. Versicherungsfall erst erzählt Bachmann am 20.11. Das mein Handy wegen Ersatzteilen wo noch kommen in 1-2 Wochen kommt. Und 2 Wochen später erzählen sie das es seid 16.11. bei mir wäre. Super 650 Franken zum Fenster raus geworfen
