Caring and professional emergency service for children. This is the second time (unfortunately) for our son to have a trauma and surgery. I'd like to thank staff of the emergency and orthopaedics departments for their wonderful work. Merci beaucoup !

Horrible. Unprofessional, cold and not qualified. As the only emergency for children opened during the night we had to go there with our 4 month old daughter. She was feeling exteremely sick, vomiting non stop and starting to get weak and had a little bit of breathing difficulty due to all the vomiting. Even people in the street wanted to help us when they saw us runing towards the emergency room as well as other nurses from the maternity section. At the arrival the woman at the desk was very cold, looked up and went on to check people she was checking in. Not a slightest question or even a look at the child. Rude when finally che king us in. Even more rude when asked when we will be looked at. When finally in the room, doctor came after 20 mins only and after they gave her some liquids to see how she was going to feel noone was there. I had to step out of the room to call for help a few times as she kept feeling sick and vomiting and to ask what to do next all while the baby was suffering. Noone cared. It is absolute craziness. I know so many people complain about the emergency services pf hug for adults but this was way worse than for adults. We are in a developed country where we pay insurances and taxes. This simply can not be. It’s like survive and maybe we will give you a cold hand. Never seen this. Disaster. Avoid at all costs or call an ambulance as i believe they would hopefully attend to your child sooner. Don’t risk and just call an ambulance. Very sad for Switzerland.

Came in with a sick child at 7am last Sunday, nobody in the waiting room, waited 1h30min, the same behavior by the staff as in one previous comment- they installed us in a room expecting a dr any moment. After waiting and waiting with a naked child I said that I was leaving, and a dr magically appeared 1min later. The dr would not do any tests, no swab, no treatment, and now 2 days later the baby has complications and is on a treatment by a qualified pediatrician that cares.

Not really an emergency. Takes hours to see a doctor, please explore other options before coming here for an emergency situation
