Avoid dealing with this company. They charged us with a car damage that we didn't do. They claimed that we caused a damage in the lowest front part of the car (a part that is barely visible when doing the initial check of the car's status, i am sure no one would look at it) while i had pictures of the car right before delivering it back proving that this damage did not exist. Their proof was only a picture of the small damage from which i was not even able to confirm it is the car i drove. I asked if i can see the car, they refused. They are simply taking advantage of the insurance excess amount (that cannot be avoided unlike other professional renting companies) to charge people small damages in an inappropriate way.

The worst car rental agency I have ever seen. Nothing on time. You pay a lot of money for bad service. I don't recommend it at all. Even the cheapest car rental agencies are way better than this company. If someone wants a proof I can show. Let's just put the \elite\ in inverted commas. La pire agence de location au monde. Il n'y a pas de ponctualité, service horrible. En fait on paie plus pour rien. Je vous conseille de jamais louer une voiture de cette agence. Elle est pas Elite, elle est affreuse. اسوء شركة تأجير سيارات في العالم، لا يوجد دقة في المواعيد و الخدمة سيئة للغاية. لا انصح احد بإستخدامها، أسعار غالية وخدمة سيئة جداً. كل شركات التأجير الاخرى احسن منها.

Nul, vous réservez la voiture sur le site et bien sûr vous êtes informé par la suite que la voiture n'est pas disponible. Pourquoi ne pas vérifier la disponibilité du véhicule lors de la réservation en ligne? Quelle perte de temps! Vraiment une honte. Obligé de mettre une étoile pour poster, mais ça n'est mérite aucune.
