The worst store I ever see !!. I was at 9 am for picking up a secondhand beosound 9000 mk3 bought on ricardo. The beosound looked like new. I asked naturelly to test it before paying it. It seemed to annoy them. The commercial found finally someone who plugged it and tried to read a cd. It doesn't spin at all and was unable to read any cd. They just told me that the transportation screws on the back are blocked for safety transportation. I told them that it was impossible as there are no screws like this on a beosound 9000 and if They have done it they just have to undone it in order to test it really. Generally transportation screws are easy to turn on the back when of course the model has transportation screws. He pretends not to have the time. I have to check on internet and call another bang olufsen store in order to be really really sure that there is no transportation screw. It was of course confirmed by the other trustfull store. Somebody came with another beosound but it was very old (first generation instead of 3 generation). As nobody else (the store owner, a technician) was concerned by this issue, I finally leave the store. The commercial was upstairs and didn't care at all. AMAZING. As it was secondhand and sold on ricardo, they treat me like an idiot. No apologizes. I have done more than 5 hours of driving for nothing. Beware, they are liar, just like scammer. Never seen this kind of scammer behaviour in any store in France, Switzerland or elsewhere. I put one star because it is impossible to put less, at least they respect their opening hours. That's all.
