We had a business lunch in the restaurant. It is very nice - spacious and modern. There is a pleasant terrasse, also. The meals were delicious and big, the personal efficient and polite. Definitely recommend the place.
We were there on my birthday. It was great. Very friendly, funny and courteous service like I rarely had in Switzerland. A certain amount of humour and a smile in all situations. Super service! Also the food was cheap and very tasty! All in all a very successful evening with my family. So I will come back with pleasure.
Good Breakfast , nice reception staff. Other then that , the "blanking" Horror . Loud b/c of cheap,thin walls,many come and go with car noises to much. On the internet u can find why , they have sex parties there b/c of easy access . Its a motel and the rooms r in a different building,so for breakfast u have to walk outside to the main building even when its raining or cold in the morning .But the worst was the lack of cleaning , when they cleaned . 3x there was no cleaning at all and only bad excuses . This is the worst "Motel" i have ever experienced in my life , im 55. Dont be fooled when checking the pictures on the web . Misleading . It hurts me even more b/c im a Swiss .We life in Thailand and visited my family in Switzerland . It was embarrassing for me with my Wife. Never ever again will we stay there . Can not recommend it......... OKOK , ROUND 2 . Mr. David Mylius and Team. I have about 26 pictures, 2 videos and one voice recording from the check out . We check out 5 days earlier because of your bad service but we paid in full 3months before and did not get the money back. A free tip to U , when a Guest has a complain , dont blame the Guest, especialy when he can proof it, u r wrong.It shows only your low level of customer care and quality of your "hourhotel" that is a low quality Motel only. When i look at the pictures , yes, U r right. So much Luggage , can not make the Bed,clean the Shower or empty the garbage bins...there is no Luggage there as the pics clearly show. And i asked ,if U have CNN , it says in the tv guide u have but could not be found. I have pics from this as well,u want to see it ? I want it to leave it with my first comments but your daring untrue comment changed my decision. I will now post comments on all booking sites , to make sure u will lose some people who will then change there plans and not stay with U. U shoot in your own foot.
Place is quite nice, but it has some problems. The pillows that were being provided were pretty much a joke, to put it in other words you could sleep without the pillow and there would probably be no difference. Also the walls seem to be too thin or there might have been a hole that we couldn't find because we could hear the people that where talking outside our hotel. But other than that the hotel was good.
Location wise very good.Room quality average.Breakfast below average. It is good place to stay for one or two nights. Reply to owner’s respond: Thank you for taking time and respond my comment David. But i wasn’t talking about money there i was saying breakfast it self was below average compare to any other hotels in your category.(Worldwide) Please try not to disgrace your customer like this I am also running business and responding to customers reviews like you. Reviews should make us think how we can do better for negative feedbacks not how we answer them to look clear. Thank you (But i have to say this receptionist at the time our visit which was 27 August night was very helpful and polite gentleman.)
We booked two rooms for five persons. Prior to the check in we called them to make sure everything was alright, which they said it was. At check in they did not have the rooms ready, and in stead we got three rooms with only two beds in each. Thankfully they did not charge anything extra. They said it wasn't the first time the system didn't cooperate with them. But the staff was nice and friendly.
Staff was friendly but it took a long time to check in. I didn't really like the bed. Rooms were clean, although I've seen cleaner, but dated. Renovating the room would be nice. Breakfast was OK.
