Bad customer service that simply hangs up, unpolite and not professional at all. My only request was to get a written confirmation for the extension of the payment deadline as I provided more information on this one. UPDATE 01.2021: One year after, the company updates its answer to tell me that I provided a \FAKE-review\. This is wrong, the bill was addressed to an association. My name was not directly mentioned but as an association comity member, I took the lead on solving the issue. It seems that even one year after, this company still puts energy to make their behaviour look even worse.. Sorry for you..

man wollte mich betreiben. der Auftraggeber hat die eCollect beauftragt mich zu betreiben, doch nachdem ich meine Situation dargestellt habe, hat sich ergeben das ich im Recht bin und gar keine Bestellung vorhanden ist. Die eCollect hat für mich eine sehr gute Arbeit gemacht und ich bin froh das sie immer telefonisch erreichbar waren.
Aufgrund von Corona saß ich im Ausland fest und meine Briefe haben sich im Briefkasten gestapelt. Dank eCollect wurde ich per Whatsapp über meine offene Rechnung informiert und konnte alles online bezahlen bevor weitere Kosten entstehen konnten.
