I took a summer class at Ecole Du Monde. It was amazing and I was so happy to take Jean Christian's classes. I have taken other French classes on and off before Ecole Du Monde and I want to say that I learnt the most at Ecole Du Monde. I am looking forward to going back to class! p.s. What is wrong with the hater comments? ça me dépasse!

I am a current student in the school and have been attending for over a year on and off as I often travel. I read some of the reviews and I don’t understand the negative comments. Fair enough for people to have different point of views however it’s not nice to write things that are not true. I like this school so much and if someone says they were given a placement test the school does it just to make sure you are in the right group. They don’t mean nothing personal and if other students are around, that happens even in universities and other institutions. The school is also well priced compared to other schools. This school is very flexible and understanding and even if you are in the wrong class they change you where you belong . I find the directorship very professional and on the contrary I feel that the people working there are such a lovely people. You give respect and they return it even more. The teachers do their best and do no “favor one over other” that is my personal experience. Moreover, my professor was the director Jean Christian and he came recommended to me and I immediately understood why. He is such a smart teacher. I was very shy to learn French and thanks to him I really progressed. He speaks to us and asks questions so we practice speaking, we write essays and he tells stories so you practice your listening and not to mention we progress according to a book quite fast and with precision. I went from A1 to B1 and now I can speak “ street smart confident French” :) The classes are interactive, I pay attention and we do various excercises and go sometimes also out for excursions. Overall just a great school with really nice vibe. That’s for me and I’m a student there :) hope this helps, have a lovely day and good luck to you all studying french, not the easiest language :)

Excellent experience with the school and the school owner in particular. He made our life easier by helping us with the study permit. He always took the necessary time to answer our questions and often went the extra mile to arrange us. The attention given to the students is tailor made and good students are given the option to \jump\ classes if they feel like challenging themselves a bit more.The school also organises events outside of teaching hours which really helps students to immerse into the language.

The atmosphere at Ecole Du Monde is very friendly and familiar. I am happy that I chose this place to improve my French and prepare for exams. Teachers are professionals, they are friendly and always ready to answer to our questions. Director is a very good and kind person, he is very sociable and positive. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND this school to everyone who wants to learn french and what is more who wishes to become a part of a great community. MERCI BEAUCOUP POUR TOUT!!!!

I highly recommend this school!!! I have been attending Ecole du Monde since April of this year and have found its staff and classes, IN TOTALITY, absolutely polite and conducive to my learning abilities. The classes are dynamic and the professors have a way of making french easily comprehensible in a fun and light hearted manner, because in reality it is neither nor. Since starting, I have made massive leaps of progress in a shorter time than imaginable. Finding this school in a city like Geneva has truly been a gem. MERCI MILLE FOIS POUR TOUT!

This place is horrible. Just read the reviews and the Owner’s responses. Everyone is to blame for everything, except them. All the students are bad, but they are great. Perhaps the universe is not the problem, perhaps THIS SCHOOL IS THE PROBLEM!
