Please try and understand that you need us as much as we as restaurant owners need you in these tough times. A small request from us and Miss Daniela in your Swiss office keeps explaining of standards of the company. Humanity is fighting to stay in existence and the lady is explaining rules and regulations. Unbelievable. Very Disappointed !!

The company takes the money but orders do not arrive. They do not answer the phones and emails are not replied to. Unfortunately a big disappointment. It happens to me already second time that money is paid and gone for nothing. Google does not allow me to answer to owner's reply. So I edit this review. I confirm, indeed the food arrived (after I posted this review). So yes, money was wasted anyway because it came many hours too late, when it was not needed anymore. And yes, there was a conversation with the service department - but many hours after the delivery failure.

INTRODUCTION After waiting for the food during almost two hours, I phoned the restaurant and they told me that the food was ready since long time ago but no one from Eat.ch had picked it. Then, some minutes later, the restaurant phoned me and they told me that the food was still there and it was getting cold. In this moment I decided to cancel my order and the restaurant said o problem\. Immediately after this, I send a message to Eat.ch to inform them that I had cancel my order (CHF 92 - it was Valentine's Day) and the restaurant agreed. Half an hour later (to my surprise), a person from Eat.ch appeared in my apartment with the food that I had cancelled (with the agreement of the restaurant). I told the rider to send the food back to the restaurant and I sent another message to eat.ch to complain about the situation. UNPLEASANT OUTCOME After receiving no reply from Eat.ch (in theory, they answer in 10 days but, apparently, this is not true), I decided to phone Eat.ch (and it was not easy to find a phone number in their webpage). After a long phone call, they told me that they are really sorry and that they understand the situation, but that the only compensation they can offer me is a ridiculous voucher of CHF 30, which is less than one third of the money I had paid for a cancelled service. As I found this extremely insulting, I decided not to accept the voucher. If eat.ch is reading this, please be reasonable and give me a CHF 92 refund. If you do so, I will delete this review from Google.

Waiting for 1.30h for food, called restaurant but they say it has been ready for a long time, but eat.ch is not coming to pick it up. No response from eat.ch on their hotline. On top, they charged us 2.4% for credit card use (who still does that anyway?) but there is no other way to pay so why not include it in their prices (which are high already). So: disastrous service, no response, overpriced. We have used many delivery services in the past, but this one is by far the worst - stay clear!

Horrible service. Ordered on friday evening, the delivery man did not pick up the order until 90 min of placing the order. When we ordered it said 50 min. The restaurant @Artigiano have to deliver the pizza. Will never use eat.ch again!

This is the worst service ever, 3 time experienced with late delivery which take 1 hour more then promised. I called the EAt.ch 20 minutes on the phone as they put me on hold. One start still too much for eat.ch Never i ever using this scam app again Go to Uber much better service

Waiting since two hours, no call from eat.ch. We called the restaurant, they never received the order but the driver came asking about it. But we got never noticed!! Further we couldn't get anyone on the phone.

Waiting since 2h15 and not possible to contact eat.ch The Restaurant told us 35’ ago that the courrier just left the place... (By bike 10-15’, by car 5-10’ away)... getting really frustrated! PS: Courrier reached after 2h25 and said he also had to wait for the food at the restaurant... anyway, I don’t know who’s “fault” it is, but what’s really annoying is that you can’t contact eat.ch or follow the order.. once you ordered, you just hope it will somehow reach...
