The store in Dübendorf is quite nice with very friendly staff. The online shop, however, is an utter and complete disaster. The online shop is operating from France - not Switzerland - and thus suffers from long delivery times and piss poor service. E.g., there is no contact email or phone number, no support, orders are delivered sloppy and incomplete. Maybe in France this is acceptable but I can't imagine returning customers in Switzerland.
