Economic, convenience, and beaituful spacious room. Cable station is just the opposite. Close to COOP and various choices of good restaurant. However, the facilities in the room are bit low maintenance. Sofa bed is broken and sitting chair in shower room for handicap is broken.

We stayed in a 2 bedroom apartment on the top floor with a lovely view over the village of Disentis. The apartment is spacious, offers comfy beds, a well equipped bathroom and a kitchen with all the amenities you need. Anyway, robes and slippers for the Spa are not provided by the resort. You can find a Nespresso coffee machine for your personal use, but don't forget to bring your own capsules, sugar and cream. The overall cleaniness could have been a little better as we found some forgotten corners. If you don't feel like cooking, there is a restaurant at the resort where you can also enjoy a simple breakfast. The \Catrina Experience\ is located just outside of Disentis and it feels like a little holiday village with hotel and hostel rooms, a lodge and apartments that are distributed over the grounds. The Spa is very nice with an outdoor pool and a hot tub, different saunas and a steam bath. We were a little sad that we had to check out by 10am and then were not allowed back into the Spa.
The hotel and the room were clean and nice and cozy, but the staff didn't really know what to do, they made a reservation in advance and when I arrived with my girlfriend they had no plan at all, they thought I came from Aargau just for The food came here but it wasn't that after a while the problem was fixed. But overall it was actually good and the staff, which really didn't come across as sympathetic.

The service in the whole resort ( gesto, hostel, hotel en resort) is not good enough, also the WiFi connection is so weak and there is almost no internet connection. The room in the real are not like the photos on the catalog or on the booking.com. Also the prices are kind of expensive for this resort with this negativity points.
11/10! Brand-new, comfortable resort which includes hotel, hostel, apart-hotel & wellness. Everything was PERFECT during our stay here: apartments equipment (kitchen utilities are great!), service, swimming pool, underground parking etc We even decided to extend our stay for a bit longer. Highly recommended!
Thanks to all the staff for making our stay so enjoyable. The Petrina idea made for a wonderful weekend. We will be back next time.
Great value for money considering the location. Paradise for biking Will come back for ski season. The lifts are just behind the resort at a walking distance
