Miellerie de Céligny

Brasserie des Coudres is the only nano brewery in the small town of Celigny. There is parking on the side of the 2-story pale yellow concrete building, but there’s really nothing to see here as the brewery itself is not open to the public. It is located in one unit of a three-bay garage with white retractable doors, and there is no sign indicating the brewery. Adjacent to the right is a small apiary which produces local honey. All I could briefly see in the garage were a few short plastic vessels which appeared to be fermenters. The brewery produces a small variety of beers, and I was fortunate to find one bottled variety at a local winery tasting room. It was a decent ale with adjunct rice, though a bit over-carbonated in the bottle. Always nice to find another small brewery, but too bad they are not open to the public.
