Worst experience in Switzerland. This is by far the worst service I’ve experienced. Head waitress ignoring the guests, refusing to serve them, pretending items were not on the menu but we saw them being served at other tables... and it goes on and on. At least we had a good laugh because it was like in a movie but do not waste your time or money here.

This restaurant should be closed!! It is the absolute worst restaurant in Switzerland in terms of service. It started with the aperitif when one of the lady guest asked for advice for wine; she asked if she could try a sip first but the waitress rudely answered she should just taste a full glass. Then when we ordered a tomato fondue, it was refused telling us it’s not possible because it’s too complicated for our table, we should all order the same. I have never seen such bad service in all my restaurant experiences... to avoid at all cost!!

Once upon a time, we ate an acceptable cheese fondue here. But then and now there was no change in the service quality. Never a smiling server, welcoming attitude from any of the workers. They don’t seem to be happy working there. Menu is weak, no proper drinks. In our last visit, we witnessed this again and luckily didn’t order anything, just jumped to the next neighboring restaurant. Le Bistrot. Much better.

Just one word, TERRIBLE. Very rude service making you feel uncomfortable from the head waitress and the quality of the food is subpar vs. the price tag. So very bad experience overall, I wouldn’t waste your time here, they clearly do not want customers.

Service is pretty bad. The main dish was burnt (cassoulet). Desert was ok but nothing special, and they charged 5 francs for tap water. Not cool

Charming little place at the of the Lavaux a Unesco World Heritage Site and just 2 minutes from a gorgeous view point of Lake Geneva and the Swiss Alps the waitress was super friendly!
