Went there today. Showed the sales rep the car that i wanted to buy from their website. He said that he doesnt have it. Found the car myself on the 3rd floor. Asked for the keys, he said that he doesnt have the keys and disappeared and never came back. Anything more that you can do to not sell a car ? ( BMW )

No customer focus! The window glass of my car broke for which I tried calling them to which they said someone will call back but never did. I then sent a mail and a reminder still no response. Finally, after I chatted at their site, the customer agent got someone to answer my mail where they just said come any day. Yesterday I went there and then they asked me to go again today since they didn't have a rent car available. I went again today and then I was told that the glass will take 5-10 days to arrive so they will put a plexiglass today and I will have to go back tomorrow to bring the car back and then again take it for putting the actual glass! Why couldn't they check it earlier before asking me to come? 5 trips for a single repair? No wonder so many negative feedback are there for them!
