Nightmarish encounter with a totally unprofessional main-dealer. Briefly, an arrangement had been made two days earlier to leave the car at the garage for up to ten days to get the proximity-sensor system working again. But when I arrived I was told that they would not even be looking at it for a fortnight, by which time I would have been unable to collect it. A 104 km round-trip (with two cars) had been a complete waste of time. Political rivalries within the dealership seemed to lie behind this disaster, and the customer was certainly not a central concern to those involved. Everyone was polite but unhelpful and unconcerned about the inconvenience that they had inflicted on this would-be customer. I was badly let down, and you might be too.
