A warm welcome awaits you at this beautiful and historic mountain village church. It is a focal point for the English-speaking community in Chateau d’Oex with many nationalities represented within the congregation. The 5.30 service each Sunday is well-attended and offers a spiritual message, excellent music and refreshments!

A lovely church in the beautiful Pays d'EnHaut region of the Swiss Alps. Inspiring services led by Revd. Clive Atkinson and warm welcome from the congregation. Built in 1899, St. Peter's was spiritual home to several hundred wounded British prisoners of war during WW1. The soldiers were interned in hotels in Chateau d'Oex from 1916 to 1918 as part of a humananitarian initiative by the Swiss Confederation and the Red Cross.
