It says everywhere online, on my order confirmation and on the front door of the shop that they open at 9am. At 9.30am we were finally able to speak to an employee that told us the shop only opens at 10am everyday.

Terrible service! I bought a chair and it doesn't fit my table. When I return it, Conforama asked for box and plastic covers. Since I have already threw them away, they charge me 30% of the chair price! It is totally unbearable. I never experienced this in IKEA. No wonder you couldn't be a better store as IKEA!

Good place for quick shopping. Although not all the variety is available. But still good and clean place to shop.

After one year of order, and two deliveries of the wrong sofa, we receive an original order which was changed 6 months ago!!! No offer of compensation/discount. Doesn't help that no o e in the service area speaks English after the only person who did left the company months ago. I recommend you try other places... I know they are cheaper, but the saying \you get what you pay for\ really applies here!
