Fast service for the software upgrade.
Staff is careful but if you miss their call the only way to call back si to list to 15-30' of music on contact center. The organization between contact center and service center is catastrophic. The first one assure me that i can keep my rental car for the duration of the repair (my car stop charging on my first long trip when i was 250km from home). After service center call me back telling me that i have to take back the car to their service center on next day to have a service car (5h trip on a business day..) and the go back there when my car will be repaired (another 5h trip). No way to do the exchange in Geneva since i live in Lausanne. I can at least speak always with the same person that i think try to do the best but finally they can't find the problem and since the car is charging again they will give me back exactly the same car. I don't blame people but really how the hole service is disorganized and the lack of communication between different service center and with support. I love the car but now i don't feel confident anymore to go on a long trip after all this mess. If your Tesla break down you'd better not be 250 km from home! And maybe at Tesla they don't know, but people work from monday to friday.
Thank you for the test ride Tesla! Model S P100D on Ludicrous Mode, that's a whole new level of a car :) Very informative, with the availability to test the capabilities of the car, like the acceleration and the autopilot on the highway. Even better if you know the salesman personally from school ;)
Very friendly and skilled staff. Cars are wll known, so I'll just rate facilities and staff. So no complain whatsoever at al in any.
Great saleswoman
I like this store more than the one in Zurich. Also, it is better to take a test drive. Within one hour you can try Tesla in almost every type of road conditions from small secondary roads to motorway. It has cool place to relax and some toys to keep small kids busy while parents want to have some conversation.
Excellent service for an excellent car. I once damaged the rear view side mirror, passed by the service center an hour before closing time, and they were able to replace the mirror in half an hour. When I had an issue with noise coming from my motor, a technician did a test drive with me and decided the motor should be replaced (free under drivetrain warranty). My next car will definitely be a Tesla again.
