I got put off by the queue of 150 people outside the building and decided to visit the notary and send all the documents certified by courier. I applied with a notary deed for exchange of driving license but received an answear, that regardless of notary attested documents and aplication, I have to show in person. In covid time, offering citizens a 6hours queing time its a scandal for city like Geneva. Its Geneva, not Oagadugu so expectaions are higher.

Super helpful staff on every visit that I've made. They always try to ensure that they understand what you are doing and that you understand what to do... even if your French language skills are very poor. I turned up just before closing and witnessed staff and managers helping each other out to make sure that everyone who had arrived before closing time was served. No one was told to come back another day. If only all civil servants were so professional and helpful.
