This store seemed to have what we wanted, but a very negative experience with one of the salespeople from the first floor (bathroom) determined not to buy anything. He was so disinterested in selling us anything, he couldn't wait to see our backs. Too bad, now we'll have to find something in the neighbouring France. The only reason I'm not giving one star is because we saw at least three other very busy salespeople helping their customers. Unfortunately, we felt so unwanted that I don't think we will be coming back.

Accueil super et personnel génial parfois normal qui faut attendre et pour les rdv ils ne peuvent pas ce multiplier en 4 super staff Bravo je le conseil bon materiaux carrelage parquets magnifique salles de bain et cuisine très bon matériel. Vous pouvez aller tranquillement très bon conseil.

Après avoir téléphoné pour établir qu'ils vendaient une pièce détaché spéciale, je me suis rendue sur place avec la pièce défectueuse. Après une longue attente on m'a annoncé qu'il aurait fallu consulter un plombier.....
