Hard to get a service appointment (took 3 days and 10 phone calls). Customer service is terrible: got my shiny mint car scratched on their parking almost in front of me (saw the car but not the id)… they just laughed!!! Also my car is under warranty, the dsg gearbox is sluggish and slow. I just keep asking them to flash upgrade it to the newest version. Never anything happened... They don't know the record of the car even if it was already with them for maintenance. ( They call me saying it will be more expensive as they will have to replace transmission oil... No sorry vw you already did like 4 months ago...). And the prices... Oh my God! Could have done a full gas tank with the price of 1 liter oil! Still have a lot more to tell unfortunately... Well just skip Amag . They need to do quantity to rent their huge garage and they just forgot about quality. Sad. Every small mechanic in town will be a safer bet, cheaper and will keep your VW warranty intact. Never again!

Beware! We had a broken heating on an 2008 Octavia. After more than 600CHF, it is still broken. They took a day to look for a problem and then called us to say that they have \played with regulation\ and it works a bit better but not fully. Then we asked them to further look for the problem. Then they changed some parts and claimed the problem to be fixed. It was not. On a second appointment, we left the car for one day and they called at the end of the day proposing to change the \corroie de distribution\ for at least 2000CHF. When being asked if this would solve the problem the answer was \I don't know\. So much for the professional approach. We took the car back without further actions by them.
