Twice I was exposed to receptionists with bad character, and another time to another one who gave my place in line to a lady, pretending they had a lot of emergency cases and that I'd have to wait a couple of hours for a radiography; making me come back the next day. That, in turn, led to a lot of other unfortunate mishaps. In short there is a lot of room for improvement in their handling of their patients there... The two stars are for the couple of times I encountered polite receptionists. Also, most radiology centers nowadays hand their results on a CD. That would also be an improvement for this center.
