I have seen Dr. Ramos for a couple of years now and I have always experienced great professionalism, due care and attention in all his work. In particular I was very satisfied with the root treatment. He also explains the situation very well which makes you comfortable before deciding on a treatment. Started to take the kids there as well and they were very happy! Can highly recommend.

I had a very good experience with the Adent Acacias clinique especially with Dr. Carlos Ramos. He is very pleasant, speaks well English and he is attentive to details. I was pleased with his work on both regular fillings and route canal treatments.
I came with a retainer problem. The retainer's glue went off. I described exactly what was wrong and only asked for a quote to replace the retainer for my lower 6 teeth. Madame DANG THO looked at my mouth for 10 seconds. Confirmed what I said before and made a quote for the replacement (481.15 fr.) On the way out, the receptionist asked me to pay 142.2 fr for the consultation. I only asked for an estimate of the future cost. When I confronted the staff that it's absolutely ridiculous. They persisted that this can be considered as the first consultation. To get an estimate I paid 142.2 fr.! Judge for yourself if you want to deal with such people.
Très professionnel et très efficace. J'ai été impressionné par le niveau de maîtrise du dentiste qui m'a reçu et le matériel utilisé est au top. Comme dans tout, la qualité a un prix qui, en l'espèce, est très élevé. Je me suis donc tourné vers un autre dentiste pour les opérations plus lourdes. Par contre, je conseille pour les opérations de routine.
j'ai suivi deux traitements de racine avec Dr. Carlos Ramos et tout s'est très bien passé. Trés profissionnel et attentif, je n'hesiterai pas à me faire soigner encore une fois avec lui.
