we stayed in a caravan by the lake thun this september for a week..omg what a setup for nature to enjoy sunrise and sunset.beautiful projection of tarquise lake and clear water to dip in or boating or just to relax by the side and njoy ur meal. the caravan we booked via altogold and it was ok for 4 ppl where 2 adults and 2 child. the lady and gentleman who was our caretaker are really great and very friendly. we got a bus pass to visit interlaken unlimited time. there is a shop and restaurant on the premises and also space for camping. one can definately book and go ..

Great and very big camping located in the beautiful region, with direct access to the lake and surrounded by mountains. Perfect spot for those, who wants to go stand-up paddling, kayaking or just swimming. The camping is rather quite and mostly filled with long-termed residents staying in the RVs, however you can rent a chalet on spot. There is a little parking area at the entrance of the camping, though you should generally park your car at the same spot where your tent is, which is extremely convenient. Once you check in, you get some voucher for free bus rides in Interlaken, which also allows usage of a swimming pool and gives discounts for some activities in the area. On the territory there are multiple showers and bathrooms with warm water free of charge, which are quite clean. You can find a little cafe at the reception and a big restaurant on site. For those, who wants some entertainment, camping offers couple of ping-pong tables, a football field and a room with some attractions, such as pool, pinball, arm wrestling, kicker, air hockey and couple of more. The games are pretty cheap, around 1-2 CHF per game. At the lake shore you can find a public grill and firewood free to use for all the camping residents.
Nice place to stay. Camping card gives free access with bus to Interlaken. Hot warm water in showers. Nice and silent. If make reservation, make a reservation next to the lake for nice view. Also the Dutch guy working at the reception provided great hospitality.
The location of the camp ground is good, directly next to the lake. Sanitary rooms are clean and have enough space. The single pitches are big enough and also clean. I would recommend it for families (as a longer stay) and also for those, who would like to stay just for one night.
Loved our week in Interlaken. Stunning views. Free bus or boat into town. Easy access to train station. Fantastic place.....we are coming back next year
Great camping place at the boarders of lake Thun. Very clean, good facilities, albeit spread over the site. Small convenience shop, big restaurant with take away. Several smallish play grounds for kids. Surrounded by woods, water and fab mountains.
Incredibly clean and efficient campsite. Views and location are second to none. We will continue to come here for years to come. Facilities are excellent and the camp pass gives free access to transport and local swimming pool. Absolutely Brilliant.
This campsite was just wow. Highly recommended for it's cleaniness and the best views possible. Next to the lake there is a small patch of grass you can sit at, soak in the view of lake and mountains. Only thing is at night it's mandatory to maintain silence so if you are looking to have music and chill at night that won't be possible
