So far a highlight of my trip through Switzerland. Beautiful location and ambient atmosphere with many activities around the corner. The staff and the manager Christian were very helpful and continuously checked for feedback. They were kind to organize an early breakfast pack for me, since my train was leaving at 6 am. Many thanks for the great hospitality.

Despite of having a lot of free table, they did not host me because I was only by myself and wanted to drink something! Very bad approach to the customer, who only needs to drink something warm after a long trekking.
Very quaint, cute spot to take a break and enjoy a meal near the lake. The food is served with rich flavors of organic grown foods and served with love. If you are looking for a place to stay or a quick bite to eat without compromising on what Switzerland has to offer, I highly recommend this spot.
The food is really delicious! Their garden salads and soups are to this day the best I ever had. Nice chalet ambiance & lovely staff
The food was excellent - great taste and nice texture! From starter to main course and dessert - simply excellent! The waiter was attentive and extremely friendly! With the great location by the lake of Lungern, definitely worth a visit!
Staffs are generally quite friendly and nice. Cosy environment with kids corner. The only small problem is too much of flies in the restaurant
The hotel is located in Alps at a very scenic point. There is a beautiful lake on one side and majestic mountains in other. Its right on the main road, acess is easy via car and train. The building and ambience represents a mix of traditional swiss and modern culture. Staff is friendly, service is efficient and the scenery all around is icing on the cake. The menue offers limited choices, however the food is fresh and nicely done. Its worth staying here for a night or atleast for coffee and snake on your journey in Alps.
Restaurant is good and they have two mountain ebikes can rent.
