Their online shopping is terrible. We wanted to buy an electrical bike. They cancelled our first order after 2 weeks saying they didn't have it in the stock and admitting that they intentionally oversell products. We ordered another bike again and this time they sent us a wrong bike (a completely different brand) after 2.5 weeks. When we called them, they first said they had one in the stock and asked us to send an email with photos. We did that. Then they said they sent our bike to another customer and they need to find who. Then they said they don't have the bike at all and cancelled our order AGAIN. Since we were too upset they gave us a generous(!) CHF 50.- bon.
They have almost everything you might need, mostly for swiss prices. Don't expect bargains
Good quality bikes, for the money. Also repair service is quick and not too expensive.

I ordered curtains online 22 days ago and I keep calling to ask if they have arrived. Every time I call I get the same rude customer service saying they would have called. No confirmation email for my purchase and no way of tracking its progress. I would avoid ordering anything from here!!!!!
This place has everything you could possibly need for DIY, however what let's it down is the staff. If you are lucky enough to find a member of their staff, the realisation that you probably know more than they do will quickly sink in. Also this store has a rather strange way if organising the aisles and products. Can't quite put your finger on it, but it just feels unintuitive.
