Great customer service. We went there with laundry and dry cleaning. They do not do laundry, instead of just taking our dry cleaning, they directed us to a competitor who did both. There prices were clearly posted and they were cheaper than the place they directed us to. If you only need dry cleaning this is where I would go. Also, super friendly and great English!

I am very satisfied with Brunner's Textile Care Center. I had the luck to meet both of the owners, wich are very trustworthy business owners and manager. The fact that it still is a family run business is already a big plus. And maybe justifies higher prices then your low cost industrial cleaning services. I dropped of a almost 80 years old leather from ww2 with smelly and decolorated inside wool, and used up dry leather. I honestly don't know anything about cleaning leather, but I gotta admit they performed a miracle in my opinion. They send the jacket to an expert, so it took a week, but the jacket came back as if I just bought a new one. I paid 96CHF for this (a fair price in my opinion, knowing that salaries are high and this probably took alot of time for a skilled worker). Overall very satisfied of this Care Center, wish more businesses would be so professional and friendly.
