Food was very average for the money you pay, especially in comparison to the restaurants nearby. Signature dish came without any sauce and felt quite dry. But what destroyed the evening was the service. You felt that you are not welcomed there and felt it in the communication and customer treatment (e.g. we saw that table nearby got more wine when ordering the wine by glass while we got exactly 1dl).

A Brilliant, memory making gem. It wasn’t the food, the service or the atmosphere. It was everything. Giselle greeted us insisting that we call her by name. The rest of the service were lovely, welcoming and as warm-hearted as their oven. I spoke only English, they spoke everything else but and I asked them to chose my food and wine for me. The ladies did. Picking out the local favourites and stuffing my belly with wonderful tomato bruschetta, rabbit & polenta, paired with a local Merlot (stunning) then a finished with vanilla ice cream & nocino delight. Was it the best food I’ve ever eaten? No. Was it wonderful and a true taste of what a very talented local would prepare? Absolutely. Stop reading. Go.

Kleine aber regionale Karte. Auch wenn sich gerade nichts findet das passt, ist der Service geduldig und hilfsbereit und die Küche flexibel. Die Gerichte sind sehr gut zubereitet und schön präsentiert. Das Ambiente ist gemütlich und rustikal.
