Masks are required only at the entry/exit. All facilities are open with a maximum occupancy of 85 people for the Spa area. Individual saunas have a occupancy limit between 4-8. The rituals were still held. Had a salt and a sugar scrub and there was a sauna meditation session when I was there.

Visited the thermal baths earlier this week with a group of three in the evening. The service at the reception was quick and efficient. The staff mainly speak English German and french so there should be no trouble with tourists who need to buy tickets. Tickets can be booked online but walk in service is also available. You can choose from three different options depending on which areas of the baths you would like to access and two times (all day or 3 hour stay). Once you have paid, each person is given an armband with a chip inside which is used to open barriers for different areas of the thermal baths. The changing rooms are gender neutral. Lockers are available for storing valuables and changing rooms are kept clean. Bathrooms including showers are also available and again are kept clean. There is easy access to the outdoor pools and slide from the main building and most areas are wheelchair accessible (wheelchair ramps and flat ground provided). Lifeguards are monitoring the pools at all times from several areas. We visited whilst coronavirus measures were in place. This means you must remain a minimum distance of 1.5m from other users of the baths. Other services available also include a spa and restaurant. Overall I was quite please with the service.

A really good experience. Must visit place if you are looking for some warmth amidst cold Swiss mountains. Will recommend to carry your own swimming costumes.

The location is ok, but the staff is cold and unfriendly. If you are there for the first time, nobody will explain how to use the site and if you ask questions, you feel like you owe them something. They won't warn you not to be late for checking out, but fine you for even a few minutes delay.

Great place if you want to give your muscles a break after few days of hiking. We spent seven hours there and didn’t want to leave! Be aware - it’s not cheap but it’s well worth it.
