Food was alright, the fish was a little dry. Service and mood was pretty good!
Great location and nice view from the room. Booking process was smooth. - Unclean room - NOT SWISS STYLE..! - Staff were very rude - NO Hospitality at all..! Seriously understaffed. My conclusion - Not worth the money.

LIKE : Perfect view and location!! Next to the train station, ferry pier, Rothorn Bahn and Coop supermarket. DISLIKE : The room is very very old. The bathroom is much worse. It does not worth for the money at all. Morever, the pillows are TOO big and uncomfortable at all. The hotel would absolutely amazing if they renovate or improve somehow.
