Die Firma hat einen sehr arroganten Marktauftritt und Preise sind zu den Konkurrenzunternehmen um einiges zu hoch - man verliert deshalb auch viel Kundschaft - Jelmoli Zürich hat man verloren weil der kompetente und sehr dienstleistungsorientierte Mitarbeiter aus Deutschland nicht mehr da ist und man keine gute Kundenbetreuung mehr hat die diesen Namen rechtfertigt... Keine Bemühungen am Kunden und nur schnellen Umsatz suchen zahlt sich nicht aus.
