Do not purchase here, it is a scam company.But if you want to do so,only use PayPal .I returned two parcels,both arrived at the warehouse and after three weeks I still don't have a refund.Customer service is useless, unprepared and dodgy .They said they cannot give a set timescale for a refund. This is very unusual for a well known retail store.DO NOT BUY ONLINE

Guess\ has implemented an unfair return policy for me. Unfortunately, ECC (European Consumer Protection) can not help here because GUESS EUROPE SAGL is registered in Switzerland, you will not be able to protect your rights in return for goods or poor quality goods.

Auf Grund der Bewertungen hatte ich echt Angst . Hatte meine Schuhe vorher bestellt und dann erst die Rezessionen gelesen . Aber es hat wirklich alles geklappt. Schuhe sind super schön.

J'ai commande 2 articles sur le site guess Europe. Mon colis est expédie sans être verifier par la personnel qui occupe le logistic. Il manque 1 article. Apres envoyé un mail de reclamation, j'ai telephone au service client guess france. Il m'envoye un formulaire CN24 pour reclaimer. La formule est assez complique pour remplir et demande le remboursement. J'ai retéléphoné pour avoir de l'aide aujourd'hui. La dame était très speed au telephone, malgré j'ai demande qu'elle m'explique plus doucement 3 fois, elle était pas contente et pas agréable du tout au telephone, je lui a demande de me passer une autre colleague mais elle n'a pas voulu. En plus je dois aller a la poste pour faire signer la formulaire......Je me demande si c'est moi qui leur cause de gêne, ou c'est eux qui me cause de gêne et me fait perde mon temps pour faire remboursement que l'origin c'etait leur faute.

He comprado un bolso a través de la página web y me ha venido el paquete vacío. Llamé para reclamar al teléfono asociado a esa dirección y no corresponde a nada de Guess.UNA AUTENTICA ESTAFA. Al correo tampoco responden . He denunciado pues es una ESTAFA.
