The food is very good you can find something for everyone there definitely worth stopping by and trying out something even if its just a coffee and a piece of cake

Always very friendly and helpful staff. At the buffet is always something new and different to discover and until now it was always very tasty and fresh. Prices are okay due to the high quality (local, organic or Demeter). Suited for vegans or vegetarians.

One of my favourite restaurants in Bern for take away or eat in! I prefer going here for lunch rather than dinner. Self service where you pick your own food and weigh the plate at the counter. The prices are fairly high. Food is always delicious and I love that it's all vegan or vegetarian! The desserts and the coffee is yummie too!
It was the last day of Switzerland for Areena and me, and we wanted to visit Bern on your way back to Zürich and wanted to have Rösti for breakfast ;-) We got the recommendation from 'Lötschberg' who where so kind to send us there because the did not served Rösti for breakfast that day. And that was the best breakfast we had in the whole trip with "Gugelhupf" in Luzern! A lot of vegan and vegetarian options (look at the photos), warm plates, free tab water to grab yourself and everything in a cosy environment. If you are in Bern looking for a breakfast/brunch option, this is a place to consider.

It's a strange setup for a cafe but very popular. You pay by weight of the food. It gets 5 stars because there is such a variety and lots of really delicious things I had not tried before
