I was able to secure a signed version of the new Federer coin after a couple hours. I received a confirmation after entering credit card information. The bank shows the funds on hold. However, no open order showing in my account? I have sent numerous emails no luck. I was deserving of that coin and it is so unfair they cannot help. My bank is holding the funds for Swiss Mint but emails ignored.
Order placed payed and you can't get in touch with them emails no answer telephone no answer. shame its government run company but if problem arise there is no way you can contact them. Save your money and avoid this company
They have a sale for the Roger Federer silver coin that has been hyped for months, and on the day of the sale, the webshop crashes - for the second time. The same thing happened on the first sales day some months back and you would have thought they would have learned the lesson - but no. Amateur-time.
