Security was one of the nicest people I've ever met. I forgot my mask and they provided it for me. I had made a minor mistake in my application form that I had sent and the lady was very understanding. Make sure you bring at least 2 copies of each document as well as originals. The whole process took about 15min tops.

Really bad citizen service
Less than one star... They hung up on me and I have only one reason why, which is that I speak English. Very unfortunate and unprofessional.
Mein Besuch heute in einer Pass-Angelegenheit wurde von den Mitarbeitern der Sicherheit bis hin zum Schalter mit einem Lächeln bzw. Sinn für Humor speditiv, kompetent und angenehm bearbeitet. Es entstand kaum Wartezeit am online gebuchten Termin und schon nach ca. 15 min war alles erledigt. Danke
