Location isn't the best as the constant vehicular movement makes the embassy less private. The staff are polite but could be more professional. The embassy building small and sparsely furnished.
You need a lot of patience in these Covid times
Horrible. First they dont answer. Second I had a Interview and before I go to the Interview few days ago I called them and they said no its not possible because the circumstances changed.! this is crazy What if I drove the whole ride to Bern and nobody opend me the door. This is not professional! All other embassy is professional and digital
