I think I have received good results and services when I anything to ask or deal with. Until now. The good Employees and services need to be encouraged!

Some of people who works there are surprisingly unfriendly and impolite! That's not my experience with most of Swiss people specially in Bern. I have no complain about the waiting time and the time it takes for them to get your documents done! Your work is done fast as far as they have to proceed your document!

- Very good practice that a floor manager is checking if each waiting person has required documents, while he is waiting for his turn. Saved me a lot of time. - Everyone polite and helpful. - All staff members I have met spoke English very well.

Despite all the negative reviews, I've had to visit this location 3 times due immigration and then address changes, and every time it was been problem free and easy. Of course, if its busy you wait a little bit but every one is always helpful and doing their best.

So rude and unprofessional! We came there asking about short stay visa extensions, and a really rude lady told us that we have to go to the country which issued our Schengen visa (France in my case) and apply there, which I know could not be true -- you have to apply in the country where you are planning to stay, in this case - Switzerland. We asked multiple times if there are any documents where we can read about the visa extension procedures (she should have had some guidelines after all!) -- but she just kept repeating \go to France\. It's awful that people there can misinform you without any accountability.

The registration was suppose be easy one but in the end I needed to visit the place 4 Times. Most rudiculous was that the paper (airbnb confirmation for registering) was fine first but then they changed their mind ant it was not ok following week. Thought that this kind of matters are different in Switzerland but it seems that level of public services is similar everywhere..

Very good service, they speak at least 3 languages and made me feel good when I couldn’t speak German. My counselor was nice and smiled all the time. Hope you will have the same experience when you come

Very quick and helpful service. The lady at the counter 16 not only filled out the documentation required, but also gave more useful newcommer information about living in Bern. All in no more than 20 minutes. 5/5!
