I’m so grateful that I came here for PCR COVID test. I had some issues, I couldn’t make on time for taking the test 48hrs in advance. I asked them if they were able to make it faster. I understand that in this specific moment there is a lot of people waiting and struggling with the timings.. however the staff was super professional and patient (reception F1, the lady taking the nose swab and the payment reception at the 3rd floor) all of them were listening to me with patience and contacted the laboratory, I was able to make it on time even though it was quite late. The service, the staff, the timing all made my day. Thank you for your help I am so grateful!

I don't know how anybody could review this place negatively. My experience has been nothing short of amazing. Competent, very friendly, accomodating and reliable personel. Whenever I require bloodwork done, I go to them.
We had a covid-19 test on Friday for travel at 3 p.m and we didn't receive our report even after 48 hours. when we call them, they don't know anything and asked us to call the Lab directly. Irresponsible team.We called the Lab contact no. but it is only giving ivr option in German.
We went here only because our GP didnt have time and my wife needed to see a doctor to have some tests done. Reception staff was very nice and welcomming spoke english and met us with a smile. The Doctor however didnt speak much english and when he realized he would have a bit of a trouble explaing things to us, he got all red in his face and started lecturing us about - this is Switzerland and we speak German etc. I understand that he is correct to some extend, bit I dont think a doctors consultation is the right place to air out your fustrations of tour lagging english skills. Will defenately only be back if absolutely nessesary.
