I called the store to ask if a specific watch is available to prevent going there in vain. They confirmed that they have the model in the store but with a different dial color. I went to the city from the countryside only to have a look at the watch. When I arrived, they showed me a different model (45mm instead of 41mm diameter and more expensive of course). The model I asked about on the phone was not available. The sales person insisted that I tried on the other watch and was not very friendly. They did not apologize for the mistake. I will not return to this store.

I brought in an ancient custom made watch by Bucherer which they had made for my dad to get the glass repaired. They insisted they had to do a revision although such revision was done within last 5 years and the watch is working fine. They refused my request to just replace the glass, unless I paid 1200 Swiss Franks ( one thousand two hundred) for a service. In essence he told me it wouldn't be worse their while to take care of a watch that had only cost 700 dollars. I do not recommend this store and will never buy there again.

Real professionals who know what you want. They have this perfect manner of serving you in a way that you feel good, safe and in communion with the piece of art you are about to own. Experiencing their service is a privilege, trust me. I'll go there again, for sure ;)

Of all the Bucherer branches I've visited so far, this one in Bern is the best. I've been a loyal customer since 2013. I bought my first watch here when I wanted to commemorate a special achievement. And boy, it wasn't the last one I bought. Each member of the staff, even the store manager, has always treated me with respect regardless of how I look and the price of the item I plan to purchase. Trust me, it's rare to get this kind of treatment from any other luxury establishment. Topnotch customer service and hospitality!

It has been a while.There is one Italian speaking guy whom was super unfriendly. We’ve been stopped at the entrance without any respect. The only thing he said was he doesn’t speak English but German Italian and other languages. It is time to buy a watch again, but still have this bad memories with Bucherer there. Here is good platform that I could choose a better service shop. I hope you also can improve your services. After all , you are not the only one selling watches.

First class service... OK selection of Rolex and IWC watches (which I bought a few of) and excellent own \brand\ diamond jewelery selection. Once you bought something from Bucherer you get a hand written christmas card every year as well as a classy catalogue of new items on sale... Going back in two weeks time to pickup my third Rolex watch from them!
