I have enjoyed every minute of my appointment. The place is very inviting and spacious. The hairdresser had great ideas and was very understanding and obviously well experienced. I felt that I'm in good hands from the beginning and I am looking forward to my next appointment. If you are looking for a new fresh look and are after being pampered I suggest you pay these guys a visit. Cheers

Very bad experience in this salon. I paid more than 300 CHF (cut color) and my hair turned orange. I went a second time to complain and they offered me a new color but the result was not better wenn I washed my hair at home. Definitely don’t recommend this place.

Hey guys if you're looking for a great hairdresser and you wanna doing something good for your hair, make an appointment at aerni. Best hairdresser in town! Since i've been there my hair is healthy and strong. My very long hair has never felt so good before. The hair products (especially shu uemura) are also very recommendable. Finally I wish you an awesome hair treatment at aerni hair ;-) .
