1. We asked to extend our stay, Ms. Cubbada gave us a higher rate per night than we paid before. When I corrected her she didn't even apologize. 2. No internet in flat. That's just stingy. 3. Only one flat key, asked for a 2nd, no help. Anyone can understand that two adults require two keys. We stayed a long period so she could've cared for that during the stay 4. Satellite TV channels are extremely limited and no option to use washing machine. Again, stingy.
