Teeth cleaning for my partner Sergey Vasilev by Dentalhygienikerin Nurije Trpeza was extremely painful! Nurije Trpeza did not apologize or paid her attention to the pain. She said it was normal. The cleaning was done every year in another place. Never was it so painful! It lasted 45 min and costed CHF 175.- It reminded of war torture and we told Nurije Trpeza will never ever ever go to Zahnarztzentrum again.

I did not have to wait, the team was friendly. The treatment was very professional, I felt very well looked after. Can recommend Doc Konzmann without any reservation! Thank you all!
I will never find out whether this dentist is good or not, because their online registration via mobile verification simply does not work. No confirmation code is sent. Luckily, there are other dentist's websites that do work.
Stay away from Luka Petrali! I went in with an issue on one tooth, and he performed a procedure on another tooth (i couldn't tell at the time). He was so rough on my tissue and jabbed into my bone so hard, that one month later i still have a throbbing sensation in my lower jaw at the point where the root meets the bone. And the area that he worked on did not heal - I lost 3 mm of gum tissue at the site he worked on (between the two teeth) exposing my root and causing sensitivity when I eat and food accumulation and plaque build-up. Again, this is just my nightmare experience with Luka Petrali - who I would strongly advise you to avoid. I understand that this place has many other dentists, who may be brilliant, so don't want to make a blanket statement on the establishment. In fact, my hygienist here was quiet good!
Even if you do not love the dentist: This is an excellent place! You are in good hands, dentists change sometimes- but I am not looking for a family friend but for excellent service! Thanxxx to the wonderful team and the young very very good dentist!
This is really a no ever go dentist! The doctor who treated me has honestly not a clue on what he was doing! He only had to fix back a crown over two implants that I had already. One of the implants was moving, but despite that he decided to take an x-ray and fix the crown back. Paid for that 180 Chf and guess what? By the time I arrived to the tram, the crown was again out. Two days later I went to see another dentist, this time in Germany. A very professional doctor, very knowledgeble and patient who told me that the previous doctor only needed to tighten the implant first and then fix the crown back. I think that makes sense because a moving implant can not keep a crown on it! Anyway, this doctor at zahnartzt zentrum am bahnhof was for me a very disappointing experience, waste my time and my money and all I can do is warn people about it!
Ich bin mit meiner Dentalhygiene bei Frau Kun super zufrieden - meine Zähne waren noch nie so sauber. Habe mich sehr gut aufgehoben gefühlt, das ganze Team ist freundlich und die Praxis einladend.
08.02.21/17:00 bei Dr. med. dent. B. Konzmann Zum ersten Mal in fast 50J. musste ich mich von einem fremden Zahnarzt behandeln lassen, da mein Vater inzw. pensioniert ist. Ich war im Vorfeld, und auch noch im Wartebereich, enorm nervös(ängstlich), obwohl ich überaus freundlich und zuvorkommend empfangen worden war. Aber kaum dass Dr. Konzmann die Behandlung aufgenommen hatte, lösten sich die ganzen Stressreaktionen in Luft auf. Er hat diese ungemein beruhigende und angenehme Art, arbeitete zügig, aber ohne zu überfordern (wann immer ich eine Pause benötigte, merkte er es sofort!). Ich habe mich hier bestens aufgehoben gefühlt und wurde einwandfrei behandelt (ungeachtet des angewendeten Taxpunktwertes - ich weiss es wirklich zu schätzen! Danke). Und da ich ja einen neuen Haus-Zahnarzt benötige, werde ich für zukünftige -BehandlungenDH sehr gerne wieder zu Ihnen kommen.
