Subpar Property Management. Very disappointing.
I second Sonokos opinion.... i havent got my deposit back and its been 4 months now, despite clearing all topics. When they need you they will be quick but it will be worse on the other way around. Think twice..
Slow response, lazy, took 3 months to get depot after contacting them every 2 weeks. Looks like they try to reduce the cost and those who work there can't serve well.

The personnel are incredibly rude. We have had nothing but horrible interactions with wincasa.
If you don't speak their language, forget being treated reasonably like a person. They don't reply to your emails, thei ignore your phone calls and they even hang up the phone on your face as soon as they hear you speak in english. They are extremelly prejudicial towards residents from other countries.
After 10 years in the same flat, when we were leaving, we got to pay the 2 oven sheets cause were to much used..after 10 years..sorry, that was just ridiculous. And also, they were complaining about that we didn't clean it properly due to of bit of dust.
