In the hall /saloon nearby the common restaurant (international food at light higher prices than common food (but it is worth) there are many different presentations, such as shows, concerts. I am rather several time there. The sound-system is very good, and I would say not too loud, that your ears should suffer as in other places.

Really exceptionally good. The salmon starter is world class, and reminded me of Jean-Georges in NY, or various Michelin star places in the cotswolds (but still real food, and great portion size for a starter). Everything else we had was excellent. Our waiter, Lucas, was a real pleasure to speak with over dinner, his advice was spot on in every case, and he made us very comfortable, our meal was enhanced by his presence. The ambiance is excellent, inner private courtyard to look at, good acoustics, great lighting and decor. We would come again, and if we manage to, I'll order the salmon as a main.
We had a fantastic dinner here. The service was perfectly attentive and friendly, and the place had a lovely ambience. Each course was spectacular - with the carrot salad in particular involving some sort of magic and the basil sorbet a sheer delight. The bill was not cheap, but we ate in a number of restaurants around central Basel and overall it compares pretty well. It's a really lovely place to go for dinner and/or drinks. Thanks!
Absolutely outstanding service! The food was really fantastic! Fun staff, very nice beer garden, an amazing place for parties, group events, private salon, great terrasse, beautiful trees! We had a delightful waiter called Giovanni (Gianni) who gave wonderful recommendations and made our group feel really special. Must try it
What an elegance restaurant, the staffs was attentive and helpful for recommendations. The food was nearly perfect in the seasoning and presentations. What a classic Swiss/french meal.
The service was impeccable right from our welcome upon arrival and recommendation of a glass of champagne while we perused the menu. A simply dressed salad mache was a great to the meal, followed by a dish of winter cod both accompanied by a delicious bottle of Soave. A light dessert and well made espresso completed a very pleasant evening.
Food is so goooood! Really tasty! The staffs are lovely. Love the space design by Herzog & de Meuron (My main reason to come here was for architecture tour, but totally love the food too)
Great place, nice vibe, good service and amazing fries with truffled Mayo. It is pricey, but then again... Switzerland. I would go again. We tried the meatless burger, I have to say I was quite impressed with how good it tasted.
