I do not recommend it. My sister took her pet there very recently. They made an important mistake, but the worst, even when she found it out, she met no professionalism and good will for compensation.

They have taken care of my old and somewhat cranky cat for the last 6 years. I've always found them caring and helpful.
Either incompetent or on purpose taking advantages of the clients- completely fit and healthy cat brought for castration was diagnosed with pneumonia based upon 0,5 C increased temperature and without any consent blood was drawn for full set of blood samples. After the discussion with incompetent vet I was charged not for the panel but for the highest consultation- almost for nothing....Avoid them, not recommended.
Highly recommend this local vet. They've taken great care of our dog during emergencies and were instrumental in helping us navigate the rules for owning a dog in Basel.

Super Praxis, kann ich nur empfehlen. Sehr nettes, hilfsbereites und einfühlsames Personal. Auch unser Hund freut sich jedes Mal - sogar zur Nachkontrolle nach der Kastration stürmte er voller Freude hinein und begrüsste das Personal. Wenn das nicht mal für die MitarbeiterInnen spricht! ;-)
