fantastic internet connection (fast and stable, have for some years now the 300mbit connection). the service is great as well, especially I very much like the tele-support, as it contains everything from orderding new products until outstanding support. the only thing which I do not use anymore (apart of better streaming services online) is the TV box - it's somehow old fashioned from my point of view. I'll stay with UPC, for sure!

UPC is a curious, although perhaps not unusual corporate beast. When everything is going well, or you just need small technical assistance, they are helpful and engaging. Unfortunately as soon as it comes to billing issues they turn into a secretive, and sensationally unhelpful company. In addition their customer service will promise to look into your case and call you back, but they never do. They also operate a secret 'customer service' department who seem to be the only ones capable of making any decisions. However, you as a customer cannot speak to them directly in any way shape or form. I made the mistake of signing up for a 12 month contract, in order to get the free sim card, do not make the same mistake. Avoid UPC like the plague, or be stuck in customer service hell.
