Rented a motorbike here twice now. Somehow, they always seem surprised although it was pre reserved every time. The bike was not fully filled up both time. But other than that everyone is super friendly and it seems like the place to come in Basel if you look for a BMW bike. I wish I could afford it.

I have bought my motorcycle with Töff Center. Good service with the sales also were open to hear my wishes and willing to have a discussion. Delivery ok also decent offer for my used one. On service also had a good service even two times with a couple of issues my bike was serviced before than initially agreed. One time even within the day. Staff is friendly now with renewed motivation, new show room and options for events and trips with other bikers. I recommend.

After care / warranty service is far below par. They seem to be unorganized, or at least far behind on their tasks, making anything on their lower priorities such as arranging parts for warranty cases not happen at all unless you keep chasing them. Even then it still took 5 months to get a part which was on stock at BMW. If at least they would have apologized or admit their mistake I wouldn't have gone through the trouble of writing a review. Edit: had an issue with my suspension, they revised it and gave me a second hand one while it was in repair. Everything well handled, I feel like they redeemed themselves thus I'm bumping it to a 4 star.
